We will do our best to confirm last-minute requests, but we cannot guarantee service in less than 24 hours. A last-minute request for less than 24 hours per service hour will be applied to a 30% short notice surcharge.
WHAT IS FAST TRACK SERVICE?
As you know, airports are always crowded ! We offer fast track service for stress-free travel. Fast Track service allows you to quickly switch at passport and security points. You don’t have to wait long lines.
WHAT'S THE PORTER SERVICE?
No one wants to carry heavy luggage. Enjoy your journey-we think of everything. Our porters take your luggage and let you be free at airports. and the service is included in all our services.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGE POLICY?
Cancellation and change conditions: reservations can be changed or cancelled without a no-show fee 24 hours before the service period. A 100% no-show fee is charged for cancellations and flight changes made within 24 hours of the service period.

WHERE DOES THE GREETER MEET WITH ME?
The Welcome Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the passenger’s at the end of the air-bridge or entrance of the Arrivals hall for Arrival and Transit Service
The Welcome Agent will begin by contacting the contact number provided for the Lead passenger or the driver (if the driver contact details have been provided), prior to the passenger(s)’ arrival at the airport in order to arrange the time and meeting point for Departure Service.

Cancellation & Date change Policy :
Reservations can be cancelled or changed before 24 hours from service time without no-show fee.
Cancellations in 24 hours to service time, is applied %100 no-show fee.
Short Notice : %30 surcharge is applied reservations which made at last 24 hours to service time.
Payment : Payment is made via credit card (Master or Visa – 3D secured payment link). Please note that there will be %3 credit card commision to price.
WHAT IF I NEED A WHEELCHAIR ?
For arrivals and connections, wheelchair assistance is provided by the airlines. Should you require wheelchair assistance, please contact your airline directly. For departures, please let us know ahead of time and we can arrange one for you.

Mostly, VVIP Gold Meet and Assist service is preferable for Top VIP clients who do not want to among other people in the terminal due to Security or Privacy.
VVIP Gold Meet & Assist is performed at VIP Terminal, not public main terminal. At VIP Terminal, we provide dedicated Passport Desk and Exlusive Lounge for our guests.
On Arrival, we take our clients from Aircraft door and transfer them to VIP Terminal via VIP Apron vehicle in order to handle all customs & passport processes. Meanwhile, the handling staff bring the luggages of clients. Then the service is completed when we deliver clients to their driver.
On Departure, our Welcome Agent waits our clients at the VIP Terminal entrance which has seperated building in the Airport. After meeting – we handle all customs & passports processes quickly. While our guest enjoy to rest at the VIP lounge, we make the check-in and luggage labeling. On boarding time, we pick our guests up from VIP Terminal via VIP Apron shuttle and board them with our VIP Welcome Agent accompaniment.
