General FAQs
- How do I book Bodrum Airport Meet and Greet Services?
- You may use our online booking tool 24/7 and click Book Now on this site (catalog mode redirects to the payment page). Alternately, email info@fjetaviation.com with your flight information.
- Are taxes included in the quoted rate?
- Yes. The rate quote you are given at the time of booking is inclusive of all taxes and/or VAT unless otherwise stated on the payment page.
- Is gratuity included?
- Gratuity is not included in your service fee, and while humbly appreciated, it is never required.
- How will I find my greeter for an arrival meet at Bodrum (BJV)?
- For most arrival meets, your greeter waits at the gate (or agreed curbside) with a name sign. Some terminals restrict name signs at the gate — in those cases we SMS a description and meeting point. A passenger mobile number is required for all arrival meets.
- How will I find my greeter for a departure meet?
- Your greeter will call you or your private driver in advance to coordinate the meeting location. In most cases you are met curbside when you are dropped off in front of the terminal.
- What if I cannot locate my greeter?
- We supply the mobile number of your greeter or duty manager before the service date. If you cannot locate them, call that number. If still unsuccessful, contact our head office by phone or email.
- Does Meet & Greet include Fast Track at Bodrum Airport?
- Outside the United States, guaranteed Fast Track services are available at many airports including Bodrum. This typically means expedited security and/or passport/immigration lanes as part of your Meet & Greet package.
- Is luggage handling included?
- In most cases yes — greeters assist with luggage check-in and hand-carries. Where greeters cannot touch bags, a porter may be arranged. Our Bodrum packages include porter service.
- Is airport transportation included?
- No — land transfer is not included in the Meet & Greet price. You may reserve transportation separately; tell us when you book if you need it.
- How much does Bodrum Airport Meet & Greet cost?
- Premium Arrival and Departure Meet & Greet at Bodrum Milas Airport (BJV) is listed from €160 per passenger on this site. Confirm the live checkout total on the payment page (VAT may apply).
- Can children travel with Meet & Greet?
- Passengers must generally be over 18 or travelling with an accompanying adult. Exceptions for unaccompanied minors may be arranged — contact our office.
- Do you offer VIP / private terminal experiences?
- At select locations we can arrange elevated VIP experiences (private terminal access, lounge suites, airside transfers). Ask at booking for Bodrum VVIP options; standard public offerings are Arrival, Departure, and Transit Meet & Greet with Fast Track.
Arrival Services
- Where do you meet me on arrival at BJV?
- If your aircraft parks at a gate, we meet you at the jet bridge. If it uses a remote stand, we meet you at the terminal entrance after the shuttle. Your agent holds a clear name sign.
- What is included in Arrival Meet & Greet?
- Greeting at the jet bridge or curbside, Fast Track passport control, customs assistance, porter, private assistance, shopping help if needed, and farewell near your car.
Departure Services
- What is included in Departure Meet & Greet?
- Greeting at the airport entrance, Fast Track passport control, customs assistance, porter, private assistance through the terminal, shopping help if needed, and farewell at the departure gate.
Transit Services
- What does Transit Meet & Greet cover?
- Assistance on your inbound and outbound legs at Bodrum — Fast Track where applicable, porter support, and guidance between flights so connections stay calm and on time.
